Feather Flags Kitset Small ( 2.4-2.5m high with a base): includes 2.9m long full fiberglass pole + 700x2100mm feather flag + an optional base + a heavy duty carry bag.
Print Options:
- Single-sided flag with show thru tech: correct reading on one side and mirrored on the other side.
- Double-sided flag with a blockout layer: 3 layers in total, correct reading on both sides
Base Options:
- Ground spike (by default): the most popular one, used on grass only.
- Large water tank base: 15kg when filled with water, the best option for concrete surfaces, highly recommended for daily use.
- Large steel plate: 8kg made from low carbon steels, another option for concrete surfaces but for windy zones.
- Cross base + weight bag: ideal for exhibitions or shows, or an economical solution to concrete surfaces.
- Multiangle wall/fence mounted bracket: both 90° and 62° available, permanently installed, no worries about being stolen any more.
- Car wheel base: used under your car wheels, either small or median size cars
Returns
1. Due to the nature of our products, no refund can be made once the order is processed.
2. Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 3 days of delivery.
3. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made in writing so as to reach us within 3 days from receipt of our invoice.
4. You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery.
5. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
6. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, you must return the goods in unopened, unused and in their original packaging to us. We reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting or credit your account if we deem a refund should be made. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the goods were misused or mishandled by you.
Refunds
1. We reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting and shall not be liable to refund.
2. We will credit your account if we deem a refund should be made.
3. If we offer to replace you must accept such an offer unless you can show clear cause for refusing to do so.
4. If you do opt to have work re-done by a third party without reference to us you automatically revoke your right to any remedy from us.
5. All defective work must be returned to us before replacement, if the subject work is not available we will assume that it has been accepted and no replacement will be provided.
6. Refunds will take 3 to 4 working days to complete once Artmore Graphics Ltd has agreed to refund. This cannot be completed any faster.
